Last week we were proud achievers of the “Advanced Sea Survival” course from Coastguard Auckland. Strange looks upon us jumping in the wave pool at 7 am in full sailing gear and trying to climb into the liferaft. Well you got to do it and I remember the tutors first words “this is the course you never want to bring into action”.
